Design of a new site or redesign of a previously built site is $250 for the first page and $100 for each additional page. We have a three page minimum. (The total number of pages requested always includes the first page as page 1). For example the base price of a three page website is $450 ($250 for page 1 and $100 for page 2 and $100 for page 3). If you should only need a one page website, please contact us.

Included with the design of a new site you will receive your site files on a CD-ROM.

Content modifications or updates on your existing pages is free for one month and thereafter is $40 for each page. If you should need content modified or updated, it could mean you need a photo changed or a list of events changed. These are simple updates that are free for the first month of your new site and thereafter $40 for each page. If you need content on pages rearranged, this is considered major modification and is the same cost as creating an additional page at $100 per page.

Some things to consider:

Domains and Hosts: Remember that you must already have a domain name and host in order to have a website on the internet. If you are not sure where to start, we provide this type of help for free. Keep in mind that most domain name registrations (your website name) are in the neighborhood of $30/yr and must be renewed on an annual basis to keep your name. The other cost is a webhost that will store and deliver your site to the internet for all to see. We know reputable services for approximately $100/yr or $9.99/mo that provide this service. Please be aware that free and/or cheap webhosts use popup and adware that demotes the value and professionalism of your site.

Images: Images can be emailed or sent as a hardcopy to us. All hardcopy images will be returned to you. If you choose to email the images, we will ask for the largest cleanest copy you can send.

Search Engines:There is never any guarantee that you will be placed in the top position of a search engine. In fact no one can guarantee that unless of course you "own" the search engine and decide to put yourself on top. So with that in mind, we will make your keywords and tags as efficient as possible to give the meta crawlers something to find. Lately many search engines are not taking free submissions because they crawl through the web on their own indexing all the pages on the internet. If you demand top recognition in search pages, there are expensive alternatives to pay for those advertising slots. The point is to make your website search engine friendly and have patience because you will surely be listed after the meta crawler finds you.
