Welcome to our newest page. It's a place called Sow-A-Seed, where we will present opportunities for you to spark creation in another person.
This Sow-A-Seed event below will mark the beginning of our online service that will let groups of people pool their resources to make purchases for a beneficiary, who in turn will be able to better themselves and consequently serve those around them. The recipients of your generosity are real people we have met in person and spoken with about their specific need.
We hope to grow this idea with your help. As you consider this endeavor, please keep in mind that your decision to become involved in this or any future Sow-A-Seed event is somewhat time sensitive since all events will only run for 28 days maximum or til the goal amount is reached whichever comes first.
As we go, we hope to add new features such as follow up articles on those beneficiaries and show how your kindness has been multiplied.
 A Computer for Laura |
Laura is a single mom who is in need of a desktop computer to continue her schooling. We at brianstrong.com are doing the legwork of getting to the store to purchase the computer, deliver, and set it up for her, along with donating any tech support she needs to get started. Our goal in this event is only the cost of the computer.
Thank you for your consideration. Know that your Sow-A-Seed contribution will go to a worthy cause of helping a single mother achieve a better situation for her and her child, in giving her the opportunity of expanding her educational opportunities with a computer.

… with your help, we acquired a total of $395 and bought a computer for Laura which is now installed and up and running.
We have given her technical assistance and she is now able to more easily continue her education.
We will try to report back in a month or two and keep you updated on her progress.
